We post them
for you. We send you a form to fill out, on which you describe
your property and pricing, and you send this form back to
us by email, with photos attached.

When
a site visitor searches for a property in your area using
the various search features, your listing will appear along
with a "Listing Party Link". The listing party is
Deborah Bass, and when this link is clicked, the site visitor
will view Deborah's contact information, including email address.
All inquiries are made to Deborah, who then forwards
them to the property owner. |
How do we attract visitors to our web site. |
We publicize the site through opt-in
e-mailings to the public and on search engines. It is also
advertised on various local community web portals.

How should you increase your chances of selling or renting
your property through the listing you placed on our web site? |
Whenever
you place any type of newspaper or other ad to sell or rent
your property, or however you publicize it, be sure to place
a link in any ad or other material directing people to your
listing on our site.. |

do you get started?

When we receive your request we will send you a "fillable
listing form" that you can fill out and return to us
via email, along with any photos that will appear in your
listing. We will also send you a PAYMENT LINK so that you
can make payment for your listing by credit card.
Upon receipt of your payment, and completed listing form,
we will post your ad.
